This is a smoke-free, party-free home for guests 25+ (or accompanied by a parent/guardian). Self-check-in via keypad makes arrival effortless. We maintain high standards for cleanliness and comfort — no rearranging furniture, and all trash goes in outdoor bins. Pets are allowed with a fee and must stay off furniture/bedding.
